Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Daily Caseload: 20–30 per tech
First-timers accepted: Yes
Locals accepted: Yes
Weekend requirement: Yes
On-call requirement: Yes, 8–10 call days/month depending on staffing, with one Saturday work per month
Call response time: 30 minutes
Float scope: May float within scope to meet facility needs
On-call sleep rooms: Available

Unit details: 4 procedure rooms; 3 have biplane; equipment includes 3 Siemens and 1 GE
Case mix: Stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy and thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, and chemoembolizations
Facility type: Short Term Acute Care
Trauma designation: Level II Trauma, Level I Peds Trauma
Staffed beds: 615

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, with experience within the last year
Licensure: Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Florida
Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, ARRT
Skills / clinical experience required: PACS skills, contrast administration skills, biopsy skills, stent placement experience, ablation experience, angioplasty experience, angiogram experience, nephogram experience, kyphoplasty experience, peripheral vascular intervention experience
License status: Pending license not accepted
COVID-19 vaccination: Required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted

RTO: No RTO in contract
Guaranteed hours: Apply after the first call off per pay period
