RN Operating Room

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Weston, Florida
Day shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
13-week contract
First-timers accepted
Locals accepted at the same rate
Pending license accepted
Will float within scope to meet facility needs
On-call required: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
Open to 4x10s; block schedule not accommodated

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Operating Room experience
Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Cardiac Transplant or Liver Transplant or Pulmonary Transplant or Renal Transplant patients
Proficiency with MISONIX/CUSA
Experience putting organs back in the new patient (implantation), not just harvesting
