CT Tech
Overview
- Travel assignment in Atlantis, Florida
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Unit Details
- JFK Main – CT Tech
- 24 beds
- 14 staff members
- Call required: 4–6 shifts per month on an off day
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS
Preferred
- Experience with GE equipment
- Experience with Meditech
Clinical Setting
- Uses ALL GE equipment
- EMR: Meditech
- Typical procedures include CT Scan, MRI, body scanner, and X-Rays
Additional Notes
- Scrub color: black; must provide own scrubs
- Strong communication skills, medical and anatomical skills, and mechanical aptitude are valued
- Must be able to multitask and work with a variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients
