Travel Emergency Dept RN
Overview
- Travel Emergency Dept RN in Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Start ASAP
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 7 pm to 7:30 am
- 48 hours per week
- No call
- No floating
- Block scheduling available
- Must work both holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Local candidates not accepted; travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Emergency Department experience with 2 years of experience
- Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- TNCC
- PALS/ENPC
- NRP
- 5+ years’ experience preferred
Unit Details
- Emergency Department
- 30 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:4 medical overall for the ED
- Trauma Level 2 facility
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Comprehensive Cardiac Center
- Pediatric Hospital in a Hospital
- Sepsis Key Focus Performance
Additional Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Approved orientation: 1 week, including hospital orientation
- Scrub color: navy blue
- Driver’s license and permanent home address must be included on submission, and the address must match ID
