Medical Surgical Oncology RN

Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Memphis, Tennessee
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week; 48s or 36s available
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks

Oncology Medical Surgical
Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Oncology (2 years of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
Large hospital experience
Med Surg experience

Schedule / Availability

On-call as needed
Weekend requirement as needed
Weekend block may be considered
Must work 2/3 of holidays

Other Notes

Local candidates are not accepted; 100-mile radius rule is strict
Pending license is not accepted
RTO must be included at time of submission
Team nursing ratio is 1:12, with 1:6 split between 2 RNs, LPNs, med nurse, and charge
