Overview

Temp assignment in Midland, Michigan
Day shift, 10 hours per day
January start date
13-week contract

Role

Surgical technologist in the Operating Room
Responsible for maintaining the sterile field, preparing sterile instruments and equipment, anticipating surgeon needs, and tracking medications, sharps, instruments, and sponges

Required Qualifications

5+ years of CVOR Technologist experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
Open Heart experience
Comfortable floating to General OR if needed
Tertiary care center and/or designated level I or II trauma center experience
Permanent address outside the facility’s 50-mile local-candidate restriction
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NBSTSA
Work history
Skills checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to CVOR
2 supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
