Cath Lab RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Start date: ASAP
Shift: 4x10 hour days, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend
On-call required
First-time travelers accepted
Locals accepted
Pending Wisconsin license accepted; Wisconsin/Compact license preferred
May float to Recovery unit as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Experience with Cardiac Implant Closure Device
Experience with Cardiac Stent Placement
Experience with Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult
Experience with IABP Placement/Removal
Experience with Impella insertion
Experience with Interventional Catheterizations
Experience with Left/Right heart catheterization
Experience with Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal
Experience with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
Experience with Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
