Description
RN Transfer Center Coordinator
Overview
- Dual role: scheduled shifts as House Supervisor and Transfer Center Coordinator.
- May also be required to work shifts at the Fort Madison campus as House Supervisor.
- Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- House Supervisor (2 years of experience)
- House Supervisor experience within the last year
- Experience in Supervisor roles
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months
- Experience with Epic
- License/certification verification required for onboarding
Onboarding Requirements
- Influenza vaccine or facility declination accepted
- Education verification
- Drug screen
- Skills checklist
- Pre-Orientation CBL acknowledgement
- Epic Registration Acknowledgement Form
