RN - Rapid Response
Overview
- Travel RN role in Warrenton, Virginia
- 1 opening
- Nights: 1845-0715
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend hours: rotating
- No call required
Unit / Setting
- ICU
- Critical Care/Medical ICU
- 10 beds
- Adult patient population
- 2:1 ICU status, with additional boarder patients as needed
- Required to float to MSU/PCU/Telemetry as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- 2 years of Critical Care Float experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Meditech
Preferred Qualifications
- Community hospital experience
Equipment / Systems
- Baxter pumps
- Omnicell
- Spacelabs
- Meditech
Additional Notes
- Common diagnoses/treatments include ACS, CHF, COPD, pneumonia, GI, and renal failure
- Personality fit: team player, flexible, consistent
