CT Tech

Overview

Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment type: Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shifts: 10 hour varied shifts; shifts may vary by need
Call: No call

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Hawaii
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Experience with Canon imaging equipment
Experience with Toshiba imaging equipment
Experience with 3D imaging
Phlebotomy skills
Experience with IV contrast injection
Vascular Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meditech EMR
Experience with Canon/Toshiba CT units
Experience with Vitrea workstation
Experience with venipuncture
Experience performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging
Experience with procedures like biopsies or drainages
Experience with vascular or cardiac imaging
Experience with trauma or stroke

Assignment Notes

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer
No RTO will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract
Flu vaccination can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment
Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to attend the employee health appointment on Friday
