Role Overview
- Travel RN position in the OR
- 1 opening
- Days, 4x10, 0630-1700
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend hours as required by facility
- Call required any day scheduled, averaging around 5 or less per 8 weeks
- Float requirements as required by facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 1 trauma experience with multiple years of experience
Unit Details
- Main OR
- Number of beds: Main 22, ASC 8, Ortho 10
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Equipment includes DaVinci robot
- Patients range from outpatient to critical care inpatient
Work Setting
- Assist with Vascular Surgeon in OR and Hybrid Imaging suite
- Work with nurses and surgical techs for Endo and Open cases
Additional Notes
- Black scrubs
- Unprofessional attire and jeans are not allowed
- EPIC is used
