Description
Cath Lab RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Chesapeake, Virginia.
- Schedule includes 5x8 and 4x10 shifts, with varying shift times between 7:00 and 17:00.
- Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call is required, approximately 10–14 days per month.
- The assignment may also be placed in Electrophysiology, Cath, or Cath Holding.
- The role involves minimally invasive cardiac procedures in a full-service cardiovascular program, including electrophysiology services.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year.
- Experience in a Critical Care or Emergency Department setting.
- Experience with Epic.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

- Local RN candidates living within 50 miles of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare are not eligible.
- Candidates with any license or background hits will not be considered.
- Submission must include a completed Qualivis Cover Sheet, current NURSYS report, and all requested time off listed on the Qualivis Cover Sheet.
