Description
Oncology Chemo Certified
Role Overview
- Inpatient 5th Fl Med/Oncology Unit
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- 12-hour shifts
- Will take medical patients along with chemo patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology (2 years of experience)
- Oncology experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- ONS/ONCC
- Experience with Cerner
- Experience with Epic
- Physical exam within 6 months of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 3 months of start
- 10 panel drug screen including Cannabinoids (THC) within 30 days of start
- COVID: fully vaccinated with two-dose series
- Emergency Contact Form
- Facility parking registration form
- System Access Security Acknowledgement
- Aya Job Description signed prior to start
- Fit Mask within 12 months of start
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
- Rubeola (Measles) positive titer within 5 years of start
- Mumps positive titer within 5 years of start
- Rubella positive titer within 5 years of start
- Hepatitis B positive titer within 5 years of start
- Varicella positive titer within 5 years of start
- References: 2 Professional References within 3 years of start
- Skills Checklist 1 annually
- Florida - AHCA Level II Fingerprint Results
Preferred
- Epic charting experience
Additional Notes
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Background check and HHS/OIG screening are required
- Annual TB questionnaire is required
- Flu vaccination or declination must be on file year-round
- Medical and religious COVID exemptions are accepted
