MS/Tele
Role Overview
- Travel/Contract RN position in South Hill, Virginia.
- Based in a community hospital.
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 36 hours per week.
- Locals are allowed at the same rate.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia.
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience).
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year.
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- PALS issued by American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Experience with Epic.
Preferred
- None stated.
Additional Notes
- Government-issued photo ID is required.
- 2 references are required.
- Complete application/resume required.
- A confidentiality agreement is required at this facility.
- Physical exam required within 1 year.
- Tdap required or declination.
- TB screening and questionnaire are required.
- Drug testing is required before start.
- Flu vaccination or exemption documentation is required for applicable start dates.
- Latex questionnaire required prior to start.
