CT Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1.5 years of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried while on assignment
- Background check required prior to start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required monthly
- HHS/OIG required monthly
- FBI and BCI fingerprinting required within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Education verification required
- State license verification required within 30 days of start
- Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 6 months of start
- TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB testing
- 10-panel drug screen required and must be updated annually
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
- 2 references required within 1 year of start
- Application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
