Job Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
13-week contract
Evening shift: 4x10 hours, Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM
2 weekend call shifts per month, 12 hours each
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1.5 years of CT Technologist experience
Government-issued photo ID
Background check
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
State license verification
Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start and updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start and updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
TB questionnaire if there is a history of past positive TB
10-panel drug screen
2 references within 1 year of start
Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
BCI and FBI fingerprinting within 12 months of start and updated annually

Must carry government-issued photo ID while on assignment
Background check must be updated after breaks in service of 2 or more months
