Description
Cath Lab RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Kingman, Arizona
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:30–17:00
- ASAP start
- Monday orientations
- Locals are accepted at the same rate
- On-call: 15–16 call days in 6 weeks with a 30-minute response time
- Charting system: Meditech
- Patient diagnoses include CAD, AMI, CHF, and PAD
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check within 30 days of start, including SS Trace, county searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, nationwide search, sex offender search, and education verification through NSCH
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript or diploma
- Education verification through NSCH
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
- Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Measles immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
- Mumps immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
- Rubella immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
- Hepatitis B titer, declination, or vaccine series
- Varicella titer, 2 vaccines at least 4 weeks apart, or history of chicken pox
- 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- 2 references within 3 years of start
