Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Assignment length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
Driver's License
Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1; declinations are not accepted

Preferred Qualifications

Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience

Schedule and Call

Weekend hours as required by facility
Call required any day scheduled, average around 5 or less per 8 weeks

Unit Details

Main 22 beds, ASC 8 beds, Ortho 10 beds
Patient ratio: 1:1
Equipment includes DaVinci robot
Patient population ranges from outpatient to critical care inpatient

Additional Information

Assist with Vascular Surgeon in OR and Hybrid Imaging suite
Work with a team of nurses and surgical techs for Endo and Open cases
Black scrubs required
Unprofessional attire and jeans are not allowed
