Schedule
- 8 hour day shift, Monday through Friday
- Covers 4 weekdays per facility scheduler
- 40 hours per week
Patient Load
- Estimated patient ratio: 1:25
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience with Meditech
Documentation System
- Midas

- 13 weeks
