CT Tech Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Proficient in general and hospital-based CT imaging procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans for hospital patients as ordered by physicians
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of CT procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with hospital protocols
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA privacy regulations
