• Location: Hagerstown, MD 21742 (Maryland healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Cath Lab Tech / IR Tech
• Setting: Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: April 20, 2026
• Duration: 20 weeks
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• On-Call: 7-12 days per 6-week period (must reside within 30 minutes of hospital during call)
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, as part of call rotation
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2670–$2870

Qualifications for Cath Lab / IR Tech Jobs

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Interventional Radiology Tech
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS (for IR Techs)
• ARRT (R) and valid Maryland state license required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (no exemptions)
• Proficient in cardiac and vascular procedures
• Ability to take scheduled call and respond within 30 minutes

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures: cardiac catheterizations, vascular interventions, device implantations, and pain management
• Monitor patients and imaging equipment during procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Operate advanced imaging equipment (Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy suites, PACS, hemodynamics systems)
• Participate in STEMI call team and respond to emergency cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols
