CT Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
• Current CT Technologist certification/license (ARRT CT and Pennsylvania state requirements)
• Proficiency in hospital-based CT imaging procedures and clinical protocols
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans for patients in a hospital clinical setting
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Operate and maintain CT equipment according to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Participate in hospital orientation and ongoing clinical training as required
