Healthcare Job Details

• Location: Sellersville, PA 18960 (Bucks County) – Near Philadelphia; float between Easton, Upper Bucks, and Anderson locations
• Position: Physical Therapist / PT (Clinic & hospital-based care, outpatient physical therapy)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (contract physical therapist, float PT)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Shift Rotation: Every other holiday and every other weekend required
• Start Date: March 30, 2026

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Rate: $88.35/hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,930 - $2,080/week

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, hospital-based care, or float roles preferred
• NICU experience is a plus (neonatal/infant rehabilitation knowledge beneficial)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to travel/float between clinic locations in the Sellersville/Greater Philadelphia area
• Familiarity with documentation and EMR systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy and rehabilitation services in clinic and hospital settings (outpatient physical therapy, vestibular therapy, pelvic rehab, women's health)
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Perform evidence-based interventions, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and complete clinical documentation in EMR
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations as required
• Float between Easton, Upper Bucks, and Anderson locations to meet patient care needs
