CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Cranberry Township, PA 16066 (Pittsburgh area, Allegheny County)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 28, 2026)
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) — weekend availability required

CT Technologist Qualifications / Job Requirements

• ARRT certification required (Computed Tomography / CT Technologist)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting (acute care preferred)
• Experience with CT imaging procedures, patient positioning, and image acquisition
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holiday coverage as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills in a radiology department
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Travel healthcare experience and flexibility for short-term assignments a plus

Responsibilities / Radiology Duties

• Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders, CT protocols, and hospital policies
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure optimal image quality
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain exams, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary hospital setting
• Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Follow radiation safety practices and infection control protocols
