Job Details

• Position Type: Contract (13 weeks)
• Role: Clinic Float Physical Therapist (PT) – multi-clinic outpatient physical therapy
• Locations: Anderson, Easton, Upper Bucks, Grand View – Easton, PA (zip code 18045)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Schedule: Every other holiday and every other weekend required
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• On-Site Position: Yes – float between clinics as assigned
• Hourly Pay Rate: $91.14
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990 - $2,140

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (outpatient experience a plus)
• NICU experience required – neonatal physical therapy or NICU PT experience preferred
• Ability and flexibility to float between multiple clinic locations (multi-clinic float)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services across outpatient clinic settings
• Float between Anderson, Easton, Upper Bucks, and Grand View clinics as assigned
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs focused on patient-centered outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to optimize care
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with clinic policies
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations per schedule
