• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1920 - $2060
• Location: Westwood, NJ 07675 (Northern New Jersey / NYC-area)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
• Shift: Mid Shift / Evenings – 5x8-hour evenings (15:00 - 23:00); Mon–Wed with rotating Sat/Sun
• Hours per Week: 40
• Setting: Hospital Radiology Department – inpatient, outpatient, and ER imaging
• Travel Requirement: Travel healthcare experience required; candidates must live more than 50 miles from Westwood, NJ
• Role Type: Travel CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist (hospital CT)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience (3–5 years preferred); experience in hospital radiology and ER preferred
• ARRT CT certification (ARRT-CT) required
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• Proficient with Siemens GoTop (ER) and Siemens Somatom Definition (Main)
• Epic charting / documentation experience required
• Travel healthcare experience required (travel CT tech or travel radiology experience)
• Previous charge or lead technologist experience and community hospital experience preferred
• Comfortable working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Knowledge of CT protocols, contrast administration, radiation safety, and cross-sectional imaging

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and specialized CT scans (cross-sectional imaging) in a hospital setting, including ER and inpatient exams
• Operate Siemens CT equipment efficiently and safely, following manufacturer and facility protocols
• Prepare, assess, and administer IV contrast media per facility protocols and screening procedures
• Maintain strict radiation safety practices and adhere to isolation precautions / PPE standards
• Document patient history, procedures, and imaging details accurately in Epic
• Assist with specialized interventional and diagnostic procedures including enterography studies, CT-guided biopsies, aspirations, and vascular imaging
• Collaborate with radiologists, ER clinicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float between the ER and main radiology as patient volume requires and support department workflow
• Participate in QA, equipment checks, and continuous improvement initiatives related to CT imaging
