- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8-hour evening shifts)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Scheduled Hours per Week: 36–40
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260 – $2,430
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or CT Tech in a hospital setting
- Graduation from an accredited 2-year radiology program
- Current ARRT (CT) certification required
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as required for CT Technologists
- Experience with advanced CT trauma protocols and emergency imaging
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment
- All required Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse, State Police, FBI fingerprinting) completed prior to start
- Ability to serve a diverse patient population, primarily adults and geriatrics
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced CT exams, including trauma protocols and rapid-sequence imaging
- Operate Siemens Definition 40 and Flash 128 slice scanners with clinical accuracy
- Provide high-quality imaging for emergency department and inpatient cases
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Use EPIC and Change (McKesson) PACS systems for imaging workflow, documentation, and communication
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and a professional, compassionate approach with patients of all ages
- Follow hospital policies, dress code (scrubs – any color), radiation safety, and QA procedures
