• Location: Newton Lower Falls, MA 02462 (Boston metro area, Massachusetts mammography jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 7, 2026 – September 5, 2026)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Shift: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm; Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (travel mammography technologist, breast imaging)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,340 – $2,510

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist (screening and/or diagnostic mammography)
• Valid RTRM and ARRT certifications (ARRT Mammography preferred)
• Massachusetts state licensure required
• Completion of all required onboarding credentials (background check, health screenings, orientation, etc.)
• Ability to start upon credentialing clearance (start date may be rescheduled if not cleared by posted date)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography imaging according to established protocols and regulatory standards (breast imaging, 2D/3D mammography)
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all imaging procedures; provide patient education and support
• Maintain accurate patient records, image documentation, and quality control logs to meet accreditation and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in a busy outpatient/radiology setting
• Participate in unit orientation, infection control practices, equipment QA, and compliance with safety standards
