Client Name: Atrius Health - Kenmore

 Location: Boston, MA

Schedule Details:

- Option of 4x10s (40 hours) or 3x12s (36 hours)

- 40 hours – Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri – 7:00a-5:30p

- 36 hours – Mon/Wed/Thur – 7a-7:30p

- Manager is open to flexing schedule to adapt to the right candidate – discussed in interview – see department hours of operation below

 Department Hours of Operation:

- Monday – Thursday 7a-7:30p

- Friday – 7a-5:30p

- Saturday – 7a-3:30p

- Sunday - Closed

 MSP/VMS: Direct and exclusive!

 Bill Rate: $115.00

 Pay Information:

- Set pay packages in attachments

- Please note the differences between 36 / 40 hours

 Parking:

- Monthly fee – we will reimburse

- Facility is easily accessible via public transit

 Contract Requirements/Experience:

- Hologic experience

- ARRT (M)

- MA state radiation control license by start date - 2–3-week turnaround from application upon offer

- Must be comfortable working independently (4+ years of experience preferred)

- 2D and 3D experience - Must be able to provide documentation of at least 8 hours of training on both by start date

- Diagnostic experience on top of screening experience – will be doing both

- Must have documentation of CEUs going back three years to present by start date

 Notable Compliance Requirements:

- Drug screen not required

- TB test within a year of start date

- MMR vaccines or titer

- Varicella vaccines or titer

- Tdap vaccine within 10 years of start date

- Hep B declinations accepted

- Covid vaccines not required

- Flu preferred - declination/exemption process available if needed

- COVID vaccine preferred but not required - Declination accepted but must wear mask during flu season if so
