Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Baltimore, MD 21218 (hospital setting)
• Role: CT Technologist / CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist (Travel Contract)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (W2 travel contract)
• Start Date: June 29, 2026 • End Date: September 28, 2026
• Shift: Day shifts — options for 2x12-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sat-Sun, 24 hrs/week) or 2x16-hour (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Sat-Sun, 32 hrs/week)
• Weekly Hours: 24 or 32 (depending on shift selection)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,930
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (W2) — On-site hospital position

Required Qualifications – CT Tech / ARRT

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT technologist experience in a hospital setting (adult acute and outpatient)
• Current ARRT® (R) certification required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Maryland state license in hand at time of submission
• Required experience with Siemens CT equipment; experience with GE, Philips, Toshiba preferred
• Proficiency with PACS and Cerner charting systems
• Clinical skills in Abdomen, Chest, Head CT (with/without contrast), musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Experience preparing/administering contrast media and starting peripheral IVs
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Two supervisory references verifying at least 2 years of recent CT experience (within last 3 years)

Key Responsibilities – Hospital CT Technologist

• Perform high-quality CT scans for adult acute and outpatient patients following hospital protocols
• Operate Siemens CT systems (and other available vendors) to produce diagnostic images
• Prepare and administer contrast media safely according to policy and patient history
• Start peripheral IVs and maintain patient safety, monitoring, and communication throughout procedures
• Document exams accurately in Cerner and store images in PACS
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, IV teams, PT, RT, and radiology staff
• Adhere to infection control, PPE, and isolation precautions
• Complete facility orientation and required modules prior to start date
