We are seeking an experienced, ARRT-certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel contract. This hospital-based CT Tech role offers hands-on work with advanced CT equipment in a collaborative clinical environment. Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,140 - $2,290
• Location: Pickerington, OH 43147 (Columbus-area, Ohio CT jobs)
• Setting: Hospital – CT Scan Unit (hospital CT lab)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
• Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30) – night shift CT tech
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every fourth weekend, every other holiday, call rotation
• Employment Type: Travel (travel CT technologist / travel healthcare)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT tech experience required (hospital CT experience preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited radiography or CT program
• ARRT Certification (Computed Tomography preferred) — ARRT-certified CT technologist
• ODH Ohio Radiologic License (state licensure for Ohio CT jobs)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Strongly prefer experience with Canon and/or GE CT equipment (Canon CT, GE CT)
• Traveler's permanent address must be more than 100 miles from central Columbus, OH

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures (head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, CTA) following ARRT and hospital protocols
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations and ensure thorough patient education and safety
• Maintain radiation safety measures for patients and staff and follow ALARA principles
• Operate CT scanners (experience with Canon/GE preferred) and optimize imaging parameters for high-quality studies
• Complete exam documentation and electronic charting in EPIC EMR (EPIC experience preferred)
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient patient throughput and exceptional patient care
• Adhere to infection control standards and hospital policies in a busy hospital CT environment
