Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 – $2,030
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107 – Center City Philadelphia; easy access to public transit, parks, museums, and dining
• Assignment Duration: 9–11 weeks (depending on start date)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); weekend coverage required (every weekend or every other weekend)
• Start Date: June 22, 2026 (flexible based on candidate availability)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• At least 1 year of recent hospital-based respiratory therapy experience (hospital RRT jobs preferred)
• Current state licensure as required for practice in Pennsylvania
• Ability to work night shifts and provide weekend coverage as needed
• Strong clinical skills, excellent patient-focused care, and effective communication in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in an acute hospital setting
• Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and interventions for acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, and ventilator support as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and respiratory therapy protocols
• Provide dependable coverage during night shifts, including weekend responsibilities
