We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week local contract opportunity in a hospital setting in Harrison Township, NJ. CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of CT Technologist experience in a hospital or comparable clinical setting
• Current applicable state licensure, if required
• ARRT certification in Radiography and advanced CT certification, if required by facility or state guidelines
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced acute care environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients to ensure safety, comfort, and image quality
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment according to department standards
• Review images for quality and completeness prior to submission
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection prevention protocols at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients across a variety of hospital-based imaging needs
