- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,140 - $2,290
Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current AHA BLS certification
- NRP certification required
- AHA ACLS preferred
- Ability to draw arterial blood gases (ABGs)
- NICU/PICU experience required
- Experience using EMR systems strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory assessments, diagnostic testing, and prescribed treatments
- Deliver safe, effective respiratory care to patients across the hospital
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate department records and clinical documentation
- Support a responsive interdisciplinary care team in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Provide rapid triage support when needed and contribute to timely patient transfers
- Assist with NICU and PICU respiratory support as clinically indicated
