- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060
- Setting: Outpatient X-ray and Urgent Care

- Shift: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of radiology technology experience required
- Certificate or Diploma in Radiography required; Associate's degree preferred
- Valid Radiologic Technologist and Technician license in Massachusetts required
- ARRT Registered Technologist preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, radiation physics, ALARA principles, and radiographic positioning
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to read and write in English
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and respond appropriately to emergency and infection control situations
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to adapt to departmental needs
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging using radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable, and other required equipment
- Confirm patient identity and ordered exam through interview, history review, and documentation
- Explain procedures and safety protocols to patients in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
- Set equipment correctly and apply appropriate technical factors to safely image patients
- Ensure exams are labeled accurately and transmitted successfully to PACS
- Support coverage in alternate locations when needed and trained to do so
- Work collaboratively with the manager, lead technologist, and care team to deliver an excellent patient experience
