• Hours Per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Shift Schedule: Approximately 5 shifts per week, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Coverage Needs: Weekend rotation, holiday rotation, and on-call coverage as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,830 - $3,040

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• ARRT certification in CT
• BLS certification
• Active Connecticut CT license required prior to start
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Epic experience required
• Previous travel radiology experience preferred
• Ability to work confidently with adult patients in ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of CT imaging procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and patient-centered care
• Complete advanced diagnostic imaging studies including CTA neuro, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic imaging
• Support stroke center and trauma center imaging needs in a busy hospital environment
• Provide imaging services for angiography-related cases within scope of practice
• Maintain a smooth patient flow while delivering high-quality CT scans and timely results
• Follow department protocols, radiation safety standards, and best practices in medical imaging
• Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage when assigned
• Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure timely, effective diagnostic services
