You’ll be part of a collaborative cardiac imaging team with interdisciplinary support in a well-established Maryland healthcare setting near the Baltimore metro area.

• Position: Cath Lab Technologist / CT Rad Tech
• Location: Bel Air, Maryland
• Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab Job
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shifts; 3x12-hour schedule accepted, 4x10-hour schedule also considered
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,650
• On-Call: Required, approximately 8 weeknight and 4 weekend 24-hour call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Weekends: Required as part of on-call coverage
• Holidays: May be required as scheduled
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
• Daily Census: 10-15 patients

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab, radiology, or cardiology setting
• At least 1 year of recent, strong Cath Lab experience required
• ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures and sterile technique
• Comfortable working on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced procedural and clinical support environment
• Adaptable and ready to support patient care across a range of cardiac interventions

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare and operate cath lab equipment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support physicians during procedures such as catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, and stent placement
• Maintain a sterile field and follow safety, infection control, and procedural protocols
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in cardiac rhythm or condition
• Assist with equipment setup, room circulation, and procedural workflow
• Participate in on-call coverage and provide reliable support during scheduled off-hours
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver efficient, high-quality cardiac care
