• Shift Duration: 10-hour nights
• Schedule: Thursday/Friday 9:00 PM–7:00 AM; Saturday/Sunday 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600–$2,790

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of CT technologist experience preferred
• Current Massachusetts license and ARRT(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiological Technology program
• Ability to work overnight hospital shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong working knowledge of CT imaging equipment, PACS, and MEDITECH
• Experience with GE VCT and Evo/Evolution equipment is highly desirable
• Ability to submit with a willing-to-wait license status

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with hospital protocols and quality standards
• Prepare, warm up, and quality-check CT scanner equipment before patient studies
• Operate CT imaging systems efficiently while maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Manipulate images and complete required reconstructions and formatting
• Accurately document all required exam information and technical details
• Communicate wet reads and urgent findings to physicians, nursing units, and the Emergency Department as needed
• Restore prior exams, create CDs when requested, and support radiologist workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
• Report equipment issues promptly and assist with clerical or workflow support as needed
