Travel CT Technologist Job – Hospital Radiology Assignment in Farmington, Connecticut

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, Saturday through Monday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,540 - $2,730
• Call: On-call as needed
• Patient Population: Adult patients in ER, inpatient, outpatient, stroke center, trauma center, and angiography settings

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience required
• ARRT certification in CT required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners required
• Strong knowledge of advanced CT procedures, including CTA neuro, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic imaging
• Experience with adult patient populations required
• Previous travel radiology experience preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable with additional hours as needed to support unit coverage

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies in a busy hospital environment
• Support imaging needs across ER, inpatient, outpatient, stroke, trauma, and angiography cases
• Operate GE and Siemens CT equipment efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Complete advanced scans, including neuro, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic studies
• Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all imaging procedures
• Participate in the on-call and additional coverage rotation as needed
• Follow all departmental protocols and uphold high standards for patient safety and workflow
