• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:30 - 16:00 or 09:30 - 18:00)
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Hours Per Week: 40
• On-Call: Every 4 to 5 weekends
• Orientation: 32 hours
• Charting System: Epic
• Patient Population: Adolescents and adults

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab or cath lab technologist role
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current state license or certification required at time of submission
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Strong background in structural heart and CTO cases
• Hands-on familiarity with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Coroflow, Rotoblade, and coronary/peripheral lithotripsy
• Ability to support on-call weekends and occasional cross-campus coverage
• RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Valid references and copies of certifications required
• First-time travelers are welcome if they meet the clinical experience requirements

Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures with skill and precision
• Assist with structural heart and CTO cases in a high-acuity procedural environment
• Operate and maintain specialized imaging and cath lab equipment while promoting a safe, efficient workflow
• Assist with fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, angioplasty, and vascular interventions
• Maintain sterile technique and follow best practices for patient safety and clinical excellence
• Prepare procedure rooms, manage equipment setup, and help keep the lab running smoothly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver high-quality care to adolescent and adult patients
• Assist with inventory, room readiness, and overall procedural support as needed
