• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Call Requirements: One day per week and one weekend per month; call runs from 4:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend call from Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:30 AM
• Floating: None

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of critical care or cardiac cath lab experience required
• Experience with Impella and IABP required
• Ability to independently titrate drips
• ACLS certification required
• Active RN license required
• Experience supporting adult cardiac patients in a high-acuity setting
• Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience or certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of cardiovascular procedures, including left and right heart caths
• Support interventional cardiology procedures such as TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO, stents, angioplasty, and atherectomy
• Provide assistance with mechanical thrombectomy, IABP, Impella, Mitral Clip, temp wires, pressure wires, VSD, and CardioMEMS procedures
• Work closely with physicians and the care team to maintain a safe, efficient workflow in a busy cath lab
• Monitor and support patients with critical care needs while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Contribute to a team culture that values professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude
