• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,340 - $2,510

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiography program
• ARRT registration required
• Valid Massachusetts Radiation Control license required
• Current BLS certification required
• CT certification from an accredited CT program or current ARRT CT registration required
• At least 1 year of current CT Technologist experience required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient care, and diagnostic imaging procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform computerized tomography scans according to physician orders and department protocols
• Operate CT equipment and control consoles with precision and technical accuracy
• Select appropriate imaging techniques and adjust equipment as needed for optimal image quality
• Position patients safely and comfortably to obtain clear diagnostic images
• Review exam requests and communicate procedure details to patients to help reduce anxiety
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with contrast administration when trained and authorized
• Apply radiation safety practices to protect patients, staff, and visitors
• Evaluate images for technical quality and maintain accurate imaging records
• Support infection control, quality assurance, and departmental policy compliance
• Contribute to a professional, patient-focused environment while maintaining confidentiality at all times
