- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,340 - $2,510
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiography program
- ARRT registration required
- Valid Massachusetts Radiation Control license required
- Current BLS certification required
- CT certification from an accredited CT program or current ARRT CT registration required
- At least 1 year of current CT Technologist experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient care, and diagnostic imaging procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform computerized tomography scans according to physician orders and department protocols
- Operate CT equipment and control consoles with precision and technical accuracy
- Select appropriate imaging techniques and adjust equipment as needed for optimal image quality
- Position patients safely and comfortably to obtain clear diagnostic images
- Review exam requests and communicate procedure details to patients to help reduce anxiety
- Monitor patients during procedures and assist with contrast administration when trained and authorized
- Apply radiation safety practices to protect patients, staff, and visitors
- Evaluate images for technical quality and maintain accurate imaging records
- Support infection control, quality assurance, and departmental policy compliance
- Contribute to a professional, patient-focused environment while maintaining confidentiality at all times
