• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150-$2,310

• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
• Current and active Radiation Therapist licensure in Pennsylvania, if applicable
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy, if applicable
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards, treatment delivery, and patient positioning
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hospital environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain treatment plans with professionalism and empathy
• Position patients correctly and operate radiation therapy equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any concerns to the care team
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes
• Follow all hospital policies, safety procedures, and radiation protection standards
