• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10-hour nights, 18:00 - 06:30
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600 - $2,790
• Weekend/Call Needs: Call and weekends as needed for department coverage
• Charting System: Epic
• Equipment Experience: GE Optima CT660; GE and Siemens experience required
• Location Highlights: Coastal southeastern Connecticut with easy access to beaches, harbor neighborhoods, and scenic New England getaways

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent hospital CT experience required
• ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Active Connecticut and Rhode Island licenses required, or willingness to obtain both
• Experience with Epic required
• GE and Siemens scanner experience required
• Experience in a hospital, trauma, or community acute-care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment serving adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies in an acute-care hospital setting
• Prepare and administer contrast media as indicated while maintaining patient safety throughout the exam
• Operate GE and Siemens CT equipment with confidence and attention to detail
• Support a wide range of imaging needs, including trauma, emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and specialty exams
• Follow isolation precautions, PPE protocols, and department safety standards
• Provide compassionate patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Float between nearby facilities as needed to support departmental coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and collaborate closely with the care team
