Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography or diagnostic imaging preferred
• ARRT certification required
• Current Massachusetts state licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Strong patient care, communication, and technical imaging skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient or hospital imaging setting

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly and compassionately
• Ensure proper equipment operation, image quality, and patient safety throughout each exam
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold department standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to support timely diagnostic care
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
