Job Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and eligibility to practice in Connecticut
• At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced patient care environment
• Ability to complete standard onboarding and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients across the hospital setting
• Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other ordered respiratory interventions
• Assist with airway management and respond appropriately to urgent patient needs
• Evaluate patient status, document care accurately, and collaborate with the care team
• Support safe, effective treatment plans that promote positive patient outcomes
