Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Medical Laboratory Scientist experience required
• Specialized experience in toxicology, immunology, or special coagulation strongly preferred
• Advanced pipetting technique experience required
• Experience in a hospital laboratory or clinical laboratory environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with laboratory staff and the broader healthcare team
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, specimen handling, and quality control

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing and analysis in a hospital laboratory environment
• Apply advanced pipetting techniques to support specialized laboratory workflows
• Process, evaluate, and document specimens with a high degree of accuracy
• Support clinical testing in specialized areas including special coagulation and related disciplines
• Maintain compliance with laboratory protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Communicate findings and collaborate with laboratory colleagues to ensure timely and reliable results
• Contribute to efficient daily laboratory operations and strong patient care outcomes
