• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890-$2,030
• Setting: Hospital / Acute Care
• Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Shifts per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday required
• Employment Type: Local contract

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Current RRT credential required
• Experience in respiratory therapy, cardiopulmonary care, or critical care preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and one holiday
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in a hospital setting
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other prescribed respiratory treatments
• Operate and monitor respiratory care equipment safely and accurately
• Respond promptly to patient needs and support emergency respiratory interventions as needed
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
