- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:30 - 18:00)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend and holiday coverage as needed
- Charting System: Epic preferred
- Floating: May float within skillset, including cardiac areas as needed
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Experience with a range of nuclear medicine exams, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid NMT credential: ARRT(N) or CNMT
- Current CT credential required: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(CT), R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT), or R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT)
- Pending New Jersey license accepted for submission
- Experience with GE and Philips nuclear medicine cameras preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing unit needs and float within scope of practice
- First-time travelers and local candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic exams
- Operate GE and Philips nuclear medicine cameras to produce high-quality imaging studies
- Support adult and nuclear cardiology patient populations with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow established imaging protocols and maintain strong attention to radiation safety and quality standards
- Document accurately in Epic and collaborate with the care team to support smooth workflow
- Provide flexible support by floating to cardiac departments as needed
- Participate in holiday and weekend coverage according to schedule requirements
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy, team-oriented healthcare environment
