• Shift: 3 x 12-hour day shifts
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 - $2,710
• Healthcare Setting: Diagnostic cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology
• Charting System: Epic
• Call Requirement: 8-10 weeknights per month and 1 weekend per month
• Weekend Coverage: On-call only on weekends
• Floating: May float within skillset
• Scrubs: Provided

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab, interventional radiology, or a related diagnostic cardiac setting required
• 2 years of experience preferred
• ARRT(R) with New Jersey license or RCIS accepted
• New Jersey license must be in place before start if required for your credential path
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic experience required
• Strong scrub, circulator, and sterile field skills
• Ability to work holidays as needed per assignment guidelines
• Must be comfortable floating within scope of practice and skillset

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures
• Set up equipment and prepare procedure rooms for Cath Lab and IR cases
• Perform EKG lead placement and prep access sites
• Maintain sterile technique and support scrub and circulating duties
• Monitor patients and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Support hemodynamic monitoring during procedures
• Assist with angioplasty, PCI, stent placement, and vascular interventions
• Support procedures such as ASD closures, pacemaker insertion, and catheterizations
• Stock supplies and help keep the procedural area organized and ready
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, efficient patient care
